Spring has finally arrived, often an opportunity for each of us to adopt new healthy lifestyle habits.

Lunch time is an ideal moment to relax, share with colleagues, but also to care for your diet and why not your lunch box!

Packing and carrying your lunch in style is quite possible by drawing inspiration from the Japanese tradition of Furoshiki. Just tie a nice square of fabric (or even a simple colored kitchen towel) around your reusable lunch box or bento. It’s sustainable, aesthetic and by preserving a know-how of the past, we guarantee a better future. Your colleagues will be impressed!

When I'm looking for inspiration for a weekday lunch, Prana's website is filled with simple and tasty recipes. This afternoon, I chose the classic dragon bowl with tempeh. Healthy, light and nourishing!

A healthy drink is a good complement to refuel your energy (raw fruit and vegetable juice or kombucha). The homemade kombucha I created today is based from Quebec organic apples, but the choice of flavors are endless!

Many shops now offer kombucha on tap, including Épicerie Loco in Montreal (Jarry and Verdun locations). You can also participate in a workshop to learn how to create your own local, organic, seasonal and seasonal and 100% zero waste kombucha.

Enjoy you meal and happy Spring!
