Frequently asked questions

To help your laundry pack dissolve completely, just follow these simple tips. We recommend placing the pack at the bottom of the drum before adding your clothes: this ensures it makes contact with water right from the start of the cycle. Also, try not to overload your machine; a little extra space is key for water to circulate and for the pack to move around freely. If you’re a fan of cold-water washing, especially in the winter when tap water can get extra chilly, opt for a smaller load or a slightly longer cycle. And if you ever notice any residue, switching to a warm wash (30–40°C) will solve the problem in a snap!

Our laundry pacs are perfect for your everyday loads of cotton, linen, and synthetic fibers. For your finest items like wool or silk, we recommend using our Delicate Laundry, specifically formulated to protect these precious fibers.

Yes, our water-soluble pacs work with all High Efficiency (HE), front-loading, and top-loading machines. For perfect dissolution and maximum effectiveness, we suggest washing in warm or hot water (35°C / 95°F and above).

Definitely. While our laundry pacs are not certified hypoallergenic, they are thoughtfully formulated with sensitive skin in mind. They are free from fragrances and dyes, making them a safe and gentle choice for baby clothes and those with reactive skin.

One pac is enough for a regular load. For heavily soiled items, dense fabrics, or extra-large loads, use two pacs for increased cleaning power.
