Our shipping policy

For Quebec and Ontario orders, please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. For the rest of Canada, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery. For United States orders, please allow 4 - 5 business days for delivery.

Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post.
United States orders will be shipped by UPS.

Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.

Remote and airstage locations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping over 95$ for PO boxes, remote or airstage locations. Our company uses Canada Post for remote addresses and PO Boxes. Please note that due to the additional shipping costs that these addresses may incur, additional fees may be charged. We offer to assume 20% of the order value on shipping costs to make these costs more affordable. If this is the case, you will be contacted and informed before any additional fees are charged. At any time, you may change your mind or modify the order to accommodate the situation. Airstage Locations

Locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6+ months of the year. Click here for a full list of postal codes ineligible for free economy shipping*.

Remote Locations

Northern regions and remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centres or that receives infrequent service. All remote areas are listed in Table 9.

Our exchange & return policy

Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons and quality and integrity issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Damaged products or order errors

For each situation mentioned as below or other, you have up to 5 days from the moment you received the package to contact our customer service at 1-855-933- 1555 x 1, or kindly email us at hello@unscentedco.com to obtain an exchange or a return.

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
