Our shipping policy
THE UNSCENTED COMPANY can take up to three business days to confirm the availability of the merchandise desired and to request further verification of the transaction by contacting the cardholder's bank or the cardholder himself. Once the transaction has been successfully processed, the customer will receive confirmation via email and the order will be dispatched according to the following conditions:

For Quebec and Ontario orders, please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. For the rest of Canada, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery. For United States orders, please allow 4 - 5 business days for delivery.
Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post.
United States orders will be shipped by UPS.
Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.
Remote and airstage locations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping over 95$ for remote or airstage locations. If you are from a remote or airstage location and would like to receive a shipping quote, please contact customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be happy to help you.

Northern regions and remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centres or that receives infrequent service. All remote areas are listed in Table 9.
Our exchange & return policy
THE UNSCENTED COMPANY accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise within 30 days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The items must not have been used or damaged in any way.
In order to proceed to a return or an exchange, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and mark that number on the package. In order to receive a RAN, please contact our customer service at 1-855-933-1555, or kindly email us at email@example.com. Please specify the order number and the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange. We will respond within an expeditious manner to provide the RAN.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is accepted by one of our team members, an email will be sent to notify you with instructions on how to proceed. We will also confirm if your item is eligible for a refund or not. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your financial institution or credit card provider first, as it may take some time before your refund appears on your account statement. If your return is still missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-933-1555.

Depending on where you live, delivery time for your exchanged product may vary between 7 to 10 business days. Prepaid shipping labels will be sent with your RAN if applicable. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the shipment when returning or exchanging an item.
All discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. TUC reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the standards elaborated above or that have been returned without a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).
