Our shipping policy
For Quebec and Ontario orders, please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. For the rest of Canada, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery. For United States orders, please allow 4 - 5 business days for delivery.
Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post.
United States orders will be shipped by UPS.
Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.

Remote and airstage locations
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping over 95$ for PO boxes, remote or airstage locations. Our company uses Canada Post for remote addresses and PO Boxes. Please note that due to the additional shipping costs that these addresses may incur, additional fees may be charged. We offer to assume 20% of the order value on shipping costs to make these costs more affordable. If this is the case, you will be contacted and informed before any additional fees are charged. At any time, you may change your mind or modify the order to accommodate the situation.
