Our shipping policy
For Quebec and Ontario orders, please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. For the rest of Canada, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery. For United States orders, please allow 4 - 5 business days for delivery.
Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post.
United States orders will be shipped by UPS.
Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.

Remote and airstage locations
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on orders $95+ being sent to a P.O. box, remote location, or address that is only accessible by airplane. If you live in a remote or fly-in location, or only have access to a P.O. box, please contact our customer service department at hello@unscentedco.com and we will be happy to find a solution to accommodate you. Please note that due to the additional shipping costs that these addresses may incur, you may be charged additional fees. To help make these costs more affordable, we'll put the equivalent of 20% of your order total towards shipping costs.
