Our shipping policy

For Quebec and Ontario orders, please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. For the rest of Canada, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery.
For United States orders, please allow 4 - 5 business days for delivery.

Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post.
United States orders will be shipped by UPS.

Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.

Remote and airstage locations

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on orders $95+ being sent to a P.O. box, remote location, or address that is only accessible by airplane. If you live in a remote or fly-in location, or only have access to a P.O. box, please contact our customer service department at and we will be happy to find a solution to accommodate you. Please be aware that you may be charged extra for delivery to these addresses, as the shipping costs are typically higher. To help lessen the financial burden for our customers, we'll put the equivalent of 20% of your order total towards shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot ship to the following three regions due to prohibitively high shipping costs: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Remote Locations

Northern regions and remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centres or that receives infrequent service. All remote areas are listed in Table 9.

Our exchange & return policy

Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons and quality and integrity issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Damaged products or order errors

For each situation mentioned as below or other, you have up to 5 days from the moment you received the package to contact our customer service at 1-855-933- 1555 x 1, or kindly email us at to obtain an exchange or a return.

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
