Our exchange & return policy
Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons and quality and integrity issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
Damaged products or order errors
For each situation mentioned as below or other, you have up to 5 days from the moment you received the package to contact our customer service at 1-855-933- 1555 x 1, or kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an exchange or a return.

*Order error by your part : Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the user and are not refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Ways to contact customer care and hours of availability here.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
