Hard to get out

It is challenging to get the conditioner out of the bottle. It doesn’t want to squeeze out upside down. I have to take the cap off each time I use it. I have placed an order for a larger bottle with a pump, which I’m sure will take care of that. The product itself works Very well. It’s just the mechanism for delivery that I’ve struggled with.

Only product that hasn’t worked for me

As a woman with medium to long length hair, the shampoo and conditioner have not worked for me. I love that they’re fragrance free but it leaves my hair feeling like straw. I regret buying the 2L pouches of each. Which is a shame because I absolutely love all other Unscented Co products (I’ve tried most of them).

Seriously Incredible

I’ve only had it for a few washes but it’s already made such a huge difference on my hair which I thought was already pretty soft and shiny. Nothing compares to the effect that this has had on it though. 100% one of my new favorite products.
